An elasticated handle with two loops for use with any sized cup or water bottle.

Can have an additional toggle for use with water bottles that have a thin neck, and a clips to use it as a strap, allowing your bottle to by hung from your bag, but used as a handle by simply placing the lower loop over the bottle.
